Scope & Applications

  1. “VULCAN” Stud Type heavy duty welding machines are reliable for dynamic output throughout the entire welding current range. Sturdy and proven construction to withstand extra-ordinary welding environment. Extensively used for light and medium duty structural work, fabrication and machine building. Natural air-cooled design ensures non-stop performance even in the complex conditions.

  3. It is stud type machine Ideally suited for all general purpose heavy production work and ‘outdoor fabrication site jobs in metal fabrication. High open circuit Voltage (OCV) enables welding with all types of special electrodes. The weld qualities of these machines are smooth and soft with minimum spatter.
  4. Easy Arc striking smooth and stable Arc are additional advantage of higher OCV’s. Also higher OCV enables use of longer welding cables without problems of welding lead resistance drop. It is dependable, sturdy of fully tropicalised design and has an attractive appearance. A series choke and suitable taps for best results achieve welding current regulation. Variable current regulation, sturdy wheels and lifting I bolts and indicator lamps are also provided. Hence, the machine is easily manoeuvrable from job to job. Instant response to arcing low fluctuations, high efficiency and considerably low maintenance requirements, are other features.
  5. All standard models are with Aluminium winding, Copper winding and insulation class ‘H’ or can also be provided on customers demand.
