Scope & Applications

  1. “VULCAN” Regulator Type Mini Welder medium duty machines in 150, 200 & 250 Amps., Ratings are compact light weight arc welders used for repair and maintenance jobs in medium duty cycles, light fabrication works, light production jobs in farms, small workshops, automobile garage and repair workshops.
  2. Mini Welding Transformers works on 230 Volts 1 phase or 415 Volts 1 phase ( 2 lines of 3 phase supply), which Is generally available in factories, residential building and out door locations. It Is air cooled, structure and design and free from any maintenance worries.
  3. These transformers are designed for light/medium duty general purpose welding specially at garage, small workshop farms and light fabrication industries. These are lightweight and light duty Machines in 150, 200, 250 Amps. built with latest trends in design and manufacturing and tested to most stringent standards to offer years of trouble free service. The weld qualities of these machines are smooth and soft with minimum spatter.
  4. Extremely compact & lightweight machines, very easily manoeuvrable from job to Job. Although light in weight, suitable wheels and lifting handle also provided. Quite higher performance to cost ratio compared to any other machine in the market.
  5. Standard models are of aluminium windings with insulation class ‘F’ & also available in copper windings on customer’s demand. Welding current regulation is achieved by series choke and studs at suitable taps for better results.
  6. Its design is dependable, sturdy and fully attractive appearance, easy portability, and high efficiency because of use of high- grade materials. It is very easy to carry; this machine at places high above the ground. Welding at water tank on skyscraper or a tower presents no problems at all.
