Scope & Applications

“VULCAN” HAND SPOT welding is a Resistance Welding Process in which the weld is obtained by pressing two pieces of metal together while an electric current is passed through them to heat the localized contacting surface to the welding temperature. Heat is generated by the resistance offered to the electric current through the parts being welded. The pressure is applied to forge the heated zone as it is developed. “VULCAN” Hand Spot welding machines are precision built and the high-grade quality material are employed to ensure efficient and economic performance as well as long trouble free service.
